My client has an opening for a Patent Attorney to develop and maintain company patent applications, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, licensing and reseraching agreements, publications and intellectual property aspects of contracts and agreements. Prepare legal opinions and analysis of patents, reveie and draf signifcant corporate legal documents. Will be responsible for pre-patent filing review, providing legal advice to the company concerning the the patent viability of its inventions.



must have 3-5 years of patent experience. A JD degree is required along with a technical degree.
