Duties:
Phones, Invoicing, Calendar, Travel, Project work, Special Projects, meeting notes, any admin duties needed by exectives. Help to set up seminars, sales calls, and help out clients.
Requirements:
Must know Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Quickbooks
Must be able to Multi task
Must be friendly
Must be able to handly a fast paced and stressful environment
Friendly personality
Must be willing to call clients and prospects.
Degree and 1-2 years of experience.
