Freelance Entertainment Writers Needed!

College News magazine is looking for student editors interested in writing for a college entertainment magazine. Editorial assignments will consist of college entertainment related articles for the print magazine and the new website (gocollegiate.com/cn – currently under construction, will be finished 8/24). Current editor position that are open include



Music editor – coverage of mainstream and underground/up and coming music

Arts editor – coverage student film, drama, theatre, and other student productions

Extreme sports editor – coverage of extreme sports

Online comedian – funny editorial of college related humor



Requirements:

Editorial experience, J-school students preferred



Junior or senior J-School students a plus



Interest and in depth knowledge of college entertainment
