This position will be located downtown Chicago at 175 West Jackson Street.



We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Product Forms Specialist.





Responsibilities Include:



• Assists in the timely and efficient development of warranty and related products, including customer agreements, terms and conditions, and collateral materials

• Reviews internal compliance/legal notices for statute/regulation changes

• Recommends and coordinates modifications on impacted forms

• Prepares detailed requests for filing for Compliance Department

• Assists with print coordination process, including procurement requisitions and print specifications

• Reviews low stock notices

• Proof printed material for accuracy

• Develop and distribute product specifications and maintain appropriate documentation





Requires:



• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2-4 years experience in insurance or related field. Experience in proofing/drafting policy forms preferred

• Quark and MAC experience helpful

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Detail oriented

• Ability to multi-task
