Technical Writer

We are looking to hire two Technical Writers to assist with several different initiatives.





One Technical Writer will be focused on a single project: Glossary/Menu Consolidation. This project will “consolidate all forms of glossaries currently in use into a single repository in the content management system. Use the standardized terminology in the glossary to align the taxonomy in the InfoManager menu structures for all areas. An internal team of SMEs would compile all existing glossaries into a centralized repository that the internal developer would help build. An external technical writer would be used to bring in outside expertise and best practices.”







The other Technical Writer will be spread across multiple projects, and expected to provide Technical Writing leadership and some training (e.g., “Writing for the Web”) on many of them.
