Graphic Design:

Star Farm Productions, located in Chicago, develops entertainment properties across multiple media for children and family audiences and provides a fun and creative culture in which to thrive. Star Farm is recruiting for their intern program and is looking for a Graphic Design intern. A successful candidate would be skilled in both graphic design and illustration.



Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:



• Helping writers create visual elements (illustrations, character design, logos, etc.) for property ideas and other property development materials for books, television, film, website and games

• Helping to design visual aids and doing the lay out for print materials, including sales leave behinds, business plans and corporate communications

• Cataloging art

• Updating letterhead

• Maintaining storyboards on walls for review

• Preparing holiday gifts

• Designing holiday card

• Printing and binding property bibles, sales materials and new business plans.



Knowledge of Macintosh, In Design, Quark, Illustrator and/or Photoshop required. Looking for a detail oriented person, who is motivated and self directed, equally happy working on computer or on paper to create designs, able to focus in an open environment with a minimum of supervision.
