Premier, national law firm in downtown Chicago is seeking a HR Manager with a focus on Staff Recruitment.
This person will manage the recruiting and staffing functions for exempt and non-exempt non-legal positions for the Chicago office. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the direction, management, and supervision of secretarial support services for the Chicago office. This individual will manage the compensation process for exempt and non-exempt non-legal staff positions. At a national level, act as a consultant with regards to secretarial services, recruitment, and general employee relation issues. Essential duties are performed personally or through delegation/supervision of subordinates.
