Immediate need for an Auction and Administrative Assistant.
This is a hands-on auction and administrative position.
Growing Northbrook Based Auction Company seeks administrative assistance to help with office tasks including conducting and managing online auctions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Energetic Team Player
- Manage Multiple Tasks
- Good Computer Skills, e-mail, Internet Experience, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Proficient in Internet Usage and Research
- eBay, PayPal and Database Experience a Plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working and managing auctions
- Customer Service (e-mail, correspondence and speaking with clients over telephone)
- Computer entry of auction data
- Daily computer user
- Some phone and customer service
- Detail oriented team player with follow-up, focus and drive!
Full Time or Part Time. Full time hours for this position are from 8:30AM until 5:30PM Monday thru Friday.
