We are currently seeking a Sr. Analyst, Coding Compliance in our Department of Revenue Cycle Operations. This position is located in Skokie, just west of Old Orchard Shopping Center.



Our Sr. Analyst, Coding Compliance will be responsible for:

• Educating ENH physicians and ancillary staff for all specialties on their coding and billing documentation.

• Providing education to Medical Group Physicians based on coding denials, work queue trends, regulatory updates, and follow up to compliance audits

• Developing Ingenix claims scrubber system edits based on coding denials and trends to proactively maximize revenue

• Providing coding support and input to Coding Support Staff for resolving complex coding work queue edits, researches multi-specialty coding questions received, and stays abreast of coding changes



This is a full-time, benefits eligible position in the ENH Medical Group within the Department of Revenue Cycle Operations located in Skokie. The core hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.



Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Management, Healthcare Administration or other related field required

*Three to five years of related experience required; prior experience in physician medical billing, reimbursement, coding and chart review strongly preferred

*One to two years experience working with Senior Physician Management preferred

*RN, RHIA, RHIT, or CCS-P certification required
