Our client is a leader in the internet technology entertainment industry and is seeking 3 attorneys for its in-house corporate law department.



This position demands being highly skilled at negotiating a wide range of legal issues and drafting complex corporate and commercial agreements.





RESPONSIBILITIES



Duties will include (i) assisting in the negotiation and drafting of agreements for program acquisitions, time buys and international distribution; on-air and off channel marketing, including product integration and sponsorships; negotiating and drafting certificates of authorship, talent agreements (including those for tentpole events), production service agreements and production related releases; (ii) overseeing and coordinating sweepstakes matters; (iii) preparing rights and clearance analysis.



EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION



JD degree with excellent academic credentials from a tier 1 top law school.



2 + years previous experience as a lawyer in entertainment, internet technology law firm or business/legal affairs position at a major studio or online media company preferably with licensing, software and technology transaction experience.
