I had been a happy and loyal customer of Simon's for years. The last time I took one of my cars there for a $37 wash, my side view mirror switch on the center console was snapped in half and the broken piece was just left there, a roll of quarters in the driver's door side pocket was taken, and the inside of my windshield wasn't even cleaned. I was disappointed to say the least. My bad that I didn't complain, but I figured the best they would do would be to clean my windshield. If one of the staff is dishonest enough to steal a roll of quarters, they are not going to fess up to it. And I was so ticked off that when they brought my car to me, they didn't inform me that someone broke my mirror switch. So I left, never to return. I enjoy washing my cars on my own anyway, but also enjoyed the convenience and attention to detail that I had previously experienced there.

I brought my car in for the first time to get a full wash clean of the interior and in about a month and half noted that there was mold growing under the front seat floor mat where the people had washed the carpet. It was SOAKED. When I went back compaining, I was told to take my car to a mechanic and that it was not their fault, there was a leak. Well, there is no leak, there has been no accumulation of water as soon as I dried it out, but now I am stuck with a moldy car. I also noticed that there were scratches all over the roof that the company claimed were not their fault either because they only use cloth. Well, they were not there before and the guy even tried to suggest that it was because they cleaned the car that I could see those scratches and they had been there before. Seriously, my car never been that dirty. Give me a break. This places is such a rip off, I would never ever take my car there and would not recommend it to anyone else either.
